WYCKIT Terms of Service

By accessing or using WYCKIT ("the Service" or "the Platform"), operated by Wyck I.T. Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Optional SMS notifications

SMS notifications are optional. You can create and use your WYCKIT account without providing a phone number or consenting to SMS. To opt in, open Account Settings, enter your mobile phone number, select the optional SMS consent checkbox, and click Verify. We send an opt-in confirmation and a verification code. Enter the code to verify your number.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS verification codes and account notifications from WYCKIT. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove your phone number in Account Settings. For assistance, contact support@wyckit.com. One account, several products

Your Wyckit account signs you in to every Wyckit product. These terms cover the account itself and your use of any product you reach with it. A product may add its own terms, which you will be asked to accept the first time you enter it.

Your account is yours to protect

• Keep your password to yourself, and use a password you do not use elsewhere.
• Turn on two-factor sign-in if you can. You can choose an authenticator app or a texted code in your account security settings.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account while you control it.

What you choose to publish

Ideas and contributions you publish in Wyckit Idea are visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in. Public project listings and published Build components may also appear in the Community feed. Do not publish anything you are not willing to make public, or someone else's private information.

Adventure drafts and saved rehearsals are private to their owner. Making an associated project listing public does not make its Adventure data public. The player preview is a view for the owner to check; it does not invite other players or grant them access. Publish game components through Build only when you intend to share the content they include.

Using the products reasonably

Do not use Wyckit to break the law, to harass anyone, to misrepresent who you are, or to interfere with the service for other people. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep Wyckit running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. The products are provided as they are.

Ending things

You can stop using Wyckit at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

When these terms change

We keep every version of this document and record which one you agreed to and when. If we publish a new version, you will be asked to read and accept it the next time you sign in. The version in force is always readable at /terms.

Sign-in choices

You may use password sign-in with optional authenticator-app or SMS multi-factor authentication, a passkey verified by your device, or approval on another signed-in device. SMS is only available after optional consent and phone verification. Device approval requires confirmation of your identity and any currently enabled MFA. Keep recovery codes private and approve only sign-ins you initiated.
